Meet our Pre-K Teacher, Amy Consalvo.
Amy holds her degree in Elementary Education and has been a
preschool teacher since 2001. Amy started with EduCare in
January 2014 and has worked in all of our classrooms. She is
married and has 3 children that attend the EduCare School-Age
program after school. She looks forward to working with
your child and instilling a lifelong love for learning
Meet our Preschool Teacher, JoAnne Dryer.
JoAnne graduated from Joliet West High School. JoAnne has
5 years of experience working with problem behavior children.
JoAnne started with EduCare in September 2005 as an assistant
teacher. JoAnne earned her CDA certification and became the
lead teacher of our Preschool classroom.
Meet our Pre-K Teacher, Pam Castro.
Pam graduated from East Aurora High School. Pam has many years
of experience working with children. She has worked as a Sunday
School teacher, a Bible Study leader, a Special Education
Assistant, a teacher aide, as well as an assistant teacher at
another location. Pam received her CDA certification to become a
lead qualified preschool teacher in February 2012. Pam started with
EduCare in September 2008
Meet our Food Specialist, Carla Bolton.
Carla has been in the food service industry for 13 years.
She started off as a waitress and then took a position at the local
High School that her children attended. She cooked at the
High School during the 8 years that her children attended
there. Carla then relocated to Florida where she ran her own
cleaning business and eventually went back to an Elementary School
to cook at for another year. She missed her grandchildren in
Illinois and decided to move back to be closer to her family.
Carla joined the EduCare Family in February of 2014. Carla is
Ms Stephanie's (the current owner) mother. She enjoys making
homemade meals for the children and seeing their smiling faces each
and every day.
