With our current generation it appears that fresh fruits and vegetables have taken a back seat to the rushed pace of living and go, go, go. We make a conscious effort to incorporate fresh fruit and vegetables into our meal plans daily based upon their availability with the seasons.

Our goal is to promote a positive attitude toward healthy food choices and to create an enjoyable environment to help children form lifelong healthy eating habits. We promote family style dining and conversations around the table. We ensure that our students are offered nutritious choices that they enjoy eating. This will aide in reinforcing a healthier lifestyle when they must make these types of choices on their own later on in life

Below you will see an example of a weekly menu for our children. Each week our director and food specialist plan a fun and exciting nutrition plan, and prepare our meals and snacks in-house from scratch daily.
